Tabernakel

Work in progress.

The project is being carried out from July 2020 at the Reich Party Congress Grounds (NSDAP Reichsparteitagsgelände) in southeast Nuremberg, Germany, where the NSDAP held its congresses from 1933 to 1938 - and deals with issues of crime, guilt, punishment, forgiveness, and reconciliation.

It is inspired by the life of Father Gabriel Bunge and the attitude of Albert Speer, who was the only defendant at the Nuremberg

trial to admit his guilt, express remorse, and apologize for participating in the crime. After serving his sentence (20 years in prison),

he was released.

The work is being produced in partnership with the families: Gustav Ber from Nuremberg, Jadwiga Schwalbe from Dresden and Beniamino Crecci from Milan. Due to the complexity of the project, its completion is scheduled for 9 June 2026, when its documentation will be made public.
