The above projects were preceded by a series of abandoned or failed projects from 2015-2019, I collectively titled Discreet Charm of Failure. My art combines elements of broadly defined conceptual art, mail art and performance. I am primarily interested in "the creative process itself, and what is most important to me is the concept, the idea. I reject the primacy of the object over the idea, while emphasising the intellectual character of my work". I try to "reduce art to pure ideas."(R. Atkins)
